Homeschooling my children was the best experience a parent could ever have. The experience taught me the different ways that children filter and process information. I homeschooled my children for five years until a family crisis caused me to reenter the job market. I earned 3 degrees from the University of Texas at Austin including my Master of Business Administration. I returned to work as a business education teacher because homeschooling had been such a rewarding experience.

Being a business education teacher allows me to guide students to their potential. Students explore practical applications using digital technology that will help them explore how their interests lead to self-fulfillment and sustainability. We use industry-based technology in our online classes that helps students develop marketable skills.
